We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the colors and details you see on screen may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product availability is subject to change.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We will send you an order confirmation email detailing your purchased items. This email is an acknowledgment of receipt, not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

4.3 Shipping

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our commitment to quality is backed by a clear Returns & Exchanges Policy. Key points include:

• Eligibility: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Final Sale Items: As noted in Section 3, certain PPE/hygiene-sensitive items are final sale.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Umpattire website, its original content, features, functionality, logo, and design are owned by Umpattire and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material from our site without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
