Our policy is designed with the same precision, fairness, and professionalism that defines the sports officials we serve. This policy ensures a straightforward and transparent process for returns and exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and protective covers (if applicable) attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order number or receipt is required.
  • Hygiene & Safety: For the protection of all officials, certain items cannot be returned if their protective seal is broken or if they are considered personal safety equipment (see Section 5).

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Follow these clear steps, designed for efficiency—just like a well-managed game.

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template provided in Section 3.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original box or a suitable replacement. Include a copy of your RMA email. Ship to our warehouse address provided in the instructions.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our Indianapolis warehouse, our quality team will inspect the item(s). This process typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival.
  5. Completion: Upon approval, we will immediately process your exchange or refund as requested.

3. Return/Exchange Request Template

4. Refunds & Credits

Timing:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we approve your return.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your original payment method (typically 3-5 business days for card processors, depending on your bank).

Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all officials, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Reasoning: Based on our product menu and the nature of officiating gear, these items are considered personal protective equipment (PPE) or have hygiene-sensitive components (like hat liners). For the safety and integrity of all users, we cannot accept returns on these items once their protective packaging is opened or if they show signs of wear.

Exception: Items that are defective upon arrival will be replaced immediately. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Exchanges for Size or Color

We gladly offer exchanges for size or color on eligible items.

  • Follow the standard return process to send back the original item.
  • In your request email, clearly state the desired size/color variant.
  • We will ship the replacement item via Standard Shipping once the return is approved. If the new item is of higher value, the difference will be charged.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative product.
